Postpartum (2 visits)
- Clean-up, first meal, and any other holistic duties immediately post partum (approx. 3 hours)
- Assistance in clamping/burning/lotus separation of the umbilical cord
- Help with newborn care basics including elimination communication if desired
- Emotional check-ins and birth processing
- Guidance on establishing restful rhythms and traditional postpartum healing
- Continued text/phone support after visits
