Prenatals (3 visits)

Ideal homebirth discussion, including holistic conversations about pregnancy and labour
Assistance in learning about independent infant registration

Labour & Birth

Emotional support for your physiological birth
Assistance and guidance in different positions if desired
Beverages/food/bathroom breaks offered and encouraged

Postpartum (2 visits)

Clean-up, first meal, and any other holistic duties immediately post partum (approx. 3 hours)
Assistance in clamping/burning/lotus separation of the umbilical cord
Assistance in initiating breastfeeding
Newborn and post partum discussions including specialty in elimination communication if desired
